Redeeming Love Church
Five rain gardens filter runoff from the church roof and parking lot.
Redeeming Love Church is one of 12 projects funded in part by a Clean Water Fund grant to manage rainwater runoff at churches with large amounts of impervious surfaces. The goal of this project was to install five rain gardens that intercept and filter runoff from the church parking lot and roof. This reduces the volume of polluted rainwater draining into Kohlman Lake.
