Paige Ahlborg

Paige Ahlborg serves as the Assistant Administrator and brings almost 20 years of project management experience to the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District (RWMWD). She manages the Projects, Programs, and Grant Division, overseeing the administration of RWMWD funds as well as state and federal grants to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder project installations. Paige also manages the RWMWD maintenance program to ensure high-standard upkeep of all grant-funded projects. Her expertise spans both regulatory functions (as a former permits coordinator) and community outreach, notably leading the Targeted Retrofit Grant Program for water quality improvements. She is recognized for fostering collaborative relationships with diverse public and private stakeholders to meet watershed management objectives.
