The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency’s (MPCA) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) General Permit requires permittees to prepare a SWPPP annual report and invite members of the public to review and comment on the plan and its implementation. In compliance with Center for Disease Control and Minnesota Department of Health guidance on minimizing potential for spread of the COVID-19 virus, RWMWD will conduct its regular monthly meeting by web conference and conference call. Meeting access details will be posted on the home page and the Board of Managers page when they are available.
