Tina Carstens

Tina has over 20 years of experience in watershed management and has served as the RWMWD Administrator since 2014. As Administrator, she leads the team of 16 staff, manages the annual budget and work plan, and oversees all District operations. She holds a BS in GeoEnvironmental Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
