Paul Erdmann

Paul rejoined the RWMWD team in 2023 as the Natural Resources Program Manager, having previously interned at the District from 2006-2008. Paul leads the Natural Resources Program team in conducting ecological restoration, preservation, and monitoring efforts. The NR Program incorporates natural resources management into watershed directives and partners with other agencies, schools, and civic groups to achieve resource management goals as detailed in the Watershed Management Plan.

Before returning to RWMWD, Paul worked for the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Natural Shore Technologies, and the Ramsey Conservation District. He has a degree in Conservation from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
