Kendra Kloth

Kendra holds a BS in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. As a Regulatory Technician, Kendra performs construction site inspections to ensure erosion and sediment control practices are in compliance with District requirements. She also performs best management practice (BMP) maintenance inspections, and assists with Wetland Conservation Act (WCA) administration and Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) response. She began her work at RWMWD in 2024 as an Inspections Intern.
