Joe Tillotson

Joe joined RWMWD as the Natural Resources Technician in 2023 after his internship with the Natural Resources Program in 2022. Joe works closely with seasonal staff in the field to achieve the goals of the Natural Resources Program.

Before joining RWMWD, Joe served at the Conservation Corps of Minnesota and Iowa and worked for the Ramsey County Soil and Water Conservation District. He received a BS in Natural Resource Management from North Dakota State University.
