Public Notice – Proposed 2021 General Fund Budget
PUBLIC NOTICE
RAMSEY-WASHINGTON METRO WATERSHED DISTRICT RAMSEY AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES, MINNESOTA
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Managers of the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District will hold a public hearing at 6:30 o’clock p.m., Wednesday, September 2, 2020, via telephone or web conference in lieu of an in-person meeting, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §13D.021, to consider the proposed 2020 Fiscal Year General Fund Budget for the District. Access information can be found on the District’s website. A summary of the proposed general fund budget includes the following expenditures:

| Salaries/benefits | 1,520,000 |
| Manager Per Diems and Expenses | 12,000 |
| Engineering | 568,000 |
| Attorney | 40,000 |
| Auditor/Accounting | 65,000 |
| Permit Process | 75,000 |
| Water Quality Monitoring | 180,000 |
| Programs and Studies | 746,000 |
| Miscellaneous | 64,500 |
| TOTAL | $3,914,500 |
Projected carry-over funds from 2020 and other income will reduce the total proposed levy to
$2,479,500.
