Phalen Freeze Fest

Bundle up and join us on Lake Phalen, Saturday, February 29th from 1:00 – 4:00 pm for an annual celebration of winter. Activities include ice fishing, fire building, arts & crafts, cooking over a fire, snow shoeing, story stroll, and more! Please dress for the weather as most activities are outdoors. Free warm beverages will be available. The Phalen Lakeside Activities Center is located at 1530 Phalen Drive, St. Paul, MN 55106.

***NOTE: Many of the parking lots around Lake Phalen are closed. The lot by the activity center will be prioritized for people with limited mobility. Parking is available at Phalen Recreation Center and the Phalen Golf Course but spots are limited so carpooling is highly recommended. Shuttles will be available to drive guests from those lots to the Activities Center.
