Cooper Klotzbach

Cooper came to RWMWD in 2024 as a Minnesota GreenCorps member. The following year, he became the District’s BMP Inspector Intern. In 2026, Cooper started his current role as the Projects, Programs, Grants Technician. He holds a BS in Environmental Sciences, Policy, and Management from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Cooper conducts maintenance inspections to ensure high-standard upkeep of all grant-funded projects. He also inspects construction sites throughout the District to ensure erosion and sediment control practices are installed and comply with the permit program.
