Public Notice: SWPPP 30-Day Public Comment Period
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has placed the RWMWD’s Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) Document for coverage under the 2020 Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) General Permit MNR040000 on a 30-day public notice comment period from September 7, 2021 to October 7, 2021.
Any public comments or requests for a hearing received by the MPCA will be forwarded to RWMWD, at which time written responses to comments will be prepared and submitted within 7 days of the comment period end date. The MPCA will be responsible for forwarding responses to commenters prior to issuance of permit coverage.
