PUBLIC NOTICE

 

RAMSEY-WASHINGTON METRO WATERSHED DISTRICT RAMSEY AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES, MINNESOTA

 

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Managers of the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District will hold a public hearing at 6:30 o’clock p.m., Wednesday, September 1, 2021, via telephone or web conference in lieu of an in-person meeting, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §13D.021, to consider the proposed 2022 Fiscal Year General Fund Budget for the District. Access information can be found on the District’s website. A summary of the proposed general fund budget includes the following expenditures:

 

Administrative  Expenses 674,000
Salaries/benefits 1,660,000
Manager Per Diems and Expenses 12,500
Engineering 600,000
Attorney 40,000
Auditor/Accounting 70,000
Permit Process 75,000
Water Quality Monitoring 180,000
Programs  and Studies 844,000
Miscellaneous 74,500
TOTAL $4,230,000

 

Projected carry-over funds from 2021 and other income will reduce the total proposed levy  to

$2,195,000.
